Frequently Asked Questions
▶ What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Pilates is practiced barefoot or in grip socks. Avoid loose clothing that might get caught in the equipment.
▶ What should I expect in my first session?
Your first class will focus on foundational movements and proper form. Your instructor will guide you through basic exercises and ensure you understand the equipment. Don't worry—everyone starts as a beginner!
▶ What's your cancellation policy?
